You take some kale. Lightly steam.
In a pan you have some olive oil and sliced garlic. Brown it.
Add the kale.
Add balsamic vinegar and a dash of soy.
Shake of garlic salt.
Add pine nuts.
Serve steaming hot with a sprinkle of romano cheese.
